Payment and booking cancellation principles:
– Booking validation requires a deposit of 50% of the whole amount. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon check-in;
– The deposit shall not be recovered in the event of cancellation of the reservation less than 5 days before check-in;
– Amounts paid shall not be recovered for bookings cancelled during official and religious holidays;
– No amounts shall be recovered for earlier-than-planned check-outs.
– Payment method: bank transfer in BGN as well as payment in cash upon check-in. If the due amounts are paid via bank transfer, the bank fees shall be borne by the payer.
– Prices for renting the house for more than 5 days are subject to additional negotiations.
Main principles for staying in hotel „Sveti Dimitar“:
- Smoking in the house is prohibited;
- Dining in the rooms is to be avoided;
- Pets are not allowed;
- A Baby cot is available;
- Do not allow the release of noise and listening to music in the garden and barbecue area after 22pm.
