Prices

The prices include:

• Use of all elements of the villa, furniture, equipment, household appliances;
• Garden furniture, barbeque with furnished kitchenette;
• Bedsheets and towels;
• Kitchen appliances and accessories, dining utensils, cups;
• Use of Wi-Fi internet and digital television;
• Parking spaces.

The prices are for one night and are not valid during national and religious holidays.
Check-in: after 10:00 a.m.
Check-out: by noon.

Check-out at later hours includes negotiable surcharge.
Price revision is possible if you rent the house for more than 5 days.
